In this program you will learn effective core exercises with a Swiss ball and your own body weight. Each week you will continue to build the strength and stability of your core, which will provide a firmer foundation and better balance. With a few simple tools and a fixed routine you can strengthen your core and experience a world of difference in your daily posture and sports performance.
