I’m Kebko,
A Certified PT and Posture & Movement Coach based in Amsterdam Noord.
I help entrepreneurs, professionals, and people with sedentary lifestyles improve posture, move without stiffness, reduce pain, and build a stronger, more resilient body.
Many people spend years sitting behind desks, dealing with back pain, tight hips, poor posture, low energy, or feeling disconnected from their body. Even when they train regularly, they often still struggle with mobility restrictions, stiffness, or recurring physical complaints.
My approach is different.
I combine strength training, mobility work, posture optimisation, movement coaching, and corrective exercise to address the root cause of physical limitations, not just the symptoms.
My focus is simple:
Move better → feel better → perform stronger without pain.
This is not generic fitness coaching or random workouts.
This is a structured coaching approach focused on helping your body function efficiently in everyday life.
